The Alter Group completed two build-to-suit 120,000 SF four-story office buildings for AirTouch Cellular (now Verizon Wireless) at Emerald Parkway in Dublin, OH. The DeltaCore buildings offer the combination of four or five workstations and row of 15-foot-deep private offices that AirTouch wanted.
