| Primary Responsibilities |

|
As Director of Programs, Renata Pasmanik provides significant strategic focus for Alter+Care's national marketing efforts; art directs and plans marketing materials; plans and coordinates corporate events, groundbreakings and grand openings; manages multiple vendors; and maintains extensive direct-mail databases.
Ms. Pasmanik's background includes stints as a film and television production coordinator and script supervisor. In that capacity, she provided production services to such diverse entities as Johnson Liff Casting, Paradise Productions, Harpo Productions, Meacham Road Digital Studios, Kwikwitz, the Geraldo Rivera Show, Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher and Late Night with Conan O'Brien. |

Ms. Pasmanik has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from DePaul University, and attended the Alliance Francaise in Paris.
In 2007, Ms. Pasmanik's advertising campaign for the Terrace Park Professional Center was honored as a Gold Winner in the 24th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards, sponsored by the Healthcare Marketing Report. Additionally, she received six The Communicator Awards for materials created for The Alter Group's 50th anniversary; the Enterprise Solutions corporate brochure; the Alter Now national development update; Corridors 4 marketing materials; 111 West Illinois Street marketing materials; and the Landmark Condominiums marketing materials. |
