Mr. Gould supervises the operational aspects of buildings and grounds planning, environmental issues, building systems and construction materials for Alter Asset Management's portfolio of healthcare, business parks, more than 100 multi-tenant buildings, retail and service centers in Illinois, Iowa, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Arizona, Florida, Ohio, North& South Carolina. |

Mr. Gould has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties, the International Facility Management Association and the Apartment and Condominium Council of Chicago. Mr. Gould, who joined Alter Asset Management in 1983, also serves as a corporate Senior Vice President of The Alter Group. He began his real estate and property management career in 1973. |
