| Primary Responsibilities |

As Vice President of Finance, Mike Ochs oversees finance, accounting, banking, legal issues, insurance coverage, asset underwriting, property-operational analysis, due-diligence review and lease-transaction analysis for Alter Construction Management. He provides expertise in the reporting processes of property operations, including cash flows, NOI statements, budgeting, debt service, real estate tax administration, as well as pro forma analyses of various projects and construction options.
For the Alter Construction Management affiliate, Mike has been involved in projects such as the construction of Superior Ambulance’s corporate headquarters, Elmhurst, IL; Robert Morris University, Orland Park, IL; and the five-building Loudoun Gateway Corporate Center, Dulles, VA. Additionally, Mike has participated in projects for The Alter Group such as the development of an 835,000 SF office/distribution center for Thomson Learning, Independence, KY; the construction of two 225,000 SF corporate headquarters office buildings for Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation, Orlando, FL; and the development of a 150,000 SF headquarters office for Medicis Pharmaceutical Corporation at Riverwalk Arizona, Scottsdale, AZ. |
