| Primary Responsibilities |
|
|
As Senior Associate with EnTrust Realty Advisors, Peter Partipilo focuses on the disposition, acquisition and recapitalization of office, industrial, healthcare and multi-family assets on behalf of private investors, investment funds and REITs. He also works with Alter Asset Recovery in providing lenders with loan advisory services and in the repositioning of distressed properties. |

Partipilo brings more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience to EnTrust. Most recently, he was an Associate in Acquisitions with Hudson Capital Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing acquisitions throughout Chicago. Previously, he was a Senior Investment Analyst with First Industrial Realty Trust, where he assisted in sale-leaseback, value-add and redevelopment acquisitions in Chicago, Toronto, Minneapolis and other major metropolitan markets. Additionally, Peter was an Appraiser at CB Richard Ellis' Valuation & Advisory Services Group and a Financial Analyst at Arthur Andersen LLP.
Peter has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Iowa, and is a Certified General Appraiser and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Illinois. |
